Yup, Dora was topless in a fairly lengthy scene (mostly just talking, no dancing or anything), plus a little bit of the bottom part of her butt cheeks hanging out of the bottom of the short shorts she was wearing.
Her character is working at a topless bar to the surprise and discomfort of her character's father.

Not totally 100% on this, but it sounds like Dora Madison Burge (from the TV Show Friday Night Lights) will be topless. According to an IMDB review by Jkrishan, there is a scene in a topless sports bar and it is implied that is Masuka's daughter.
