my own private review of La Vie d'Adele part 1 & 2

first of all, that is one of the best movies I've seen in the recent years. the description of the discover of adele's sexuality ,the attraction, the seduction between people(gg or bg) and the end of affairs are quite impressive. acting is amazing, camera work is awesome in crowd action. you forget very soon that it is a lesbian affair and it becomes a love affair.

secondly, I don't believe at all in the fake kitty story, I understand people from the movie are worried about censorship and people reaction, but really it is their bodies and nothing else.

UPDATE: Tonight, I just received a very detailed review from a trustworthy source, detailing all of Scarlett Johansson's nude scenes in Under The Skin. This is the same source who gave me information about Sarah Gadon's nude scene in Enemy (which like Under the Skin, is also showing at the Toronto International Film Festival).

Basically, Scarlett shows full nudity front and rear, but some of it is from a distance, and most of it is dimly lit.

Here, in verbatim, is the review he sent me.

Scarlett has four nude scenes in the movie and countless others where she's in her underwear or showing off major cleavage.

First scene is just a few minutes in. Johansson is completely nude and stripping an unconcious woman of her clothing. Butt, boobs, and brief full frontal. Pretty lengthy scene. I was sent a test-screening review of Elizabeth Olsen's nude scenes in Spike Lee's remake of Oldboy. According to the reviewer, Olsen shows breasts and ass. Here is the review:

Caught an advanced screening of Oldboy last week. Elizabeth Olsen shows breasts and butt in a love scene with Josh Brolin. After showering she sits on a bed in a towel next to Brolin. The towel begins slipping away as they kiss revealing a very good shot of her breasts. Then some butt as the towel slips further. More butt and breasts through a hidden camera feed as another character watches on. That's about it for female nudity in the film besides one other character in a thong.

Oldboy comes out in theatres on November 27.

According to a couple of IMDB message board posters, Natalie Dormer and Alexandra Maria Lara have nude scenes in Ron Howard's film Rush.

On another point Natalie Dormer briefly plays a girlfriend in this movie, gets *beep* then disappears after 5mins, everything I seem to see her in she always has a steamy sex scene, GOT, The Tudors, The Fades. Rush has screened at Venice, will be screening at the Toronto International Film Festival September 8, and will premiere in limited release in the US on September 20, with a wide release on September 27.

Recapped.com is at the Toronto International Film Festival and has begun reviewing films. In the first film, Horns, Juno Temple gets nude yet again, showing breasts and ass during a sex scene. Kendra Anderson is also topless.

Juno Temple can’t seem to keep her clothes on and she’s not about to start in Horns. About 35 minutes into the film, Juno shows her breasts and ass during a sex scene. Kendra Anderson also shows her breasts in the very next scene.

Recapped.com review of Enemy is now out with more information about Sarah Gadon's and Mélanie Laurent's nudity in the film. Gadon shows breasts and partial ass and Laurent shows breasts and ass.

At the beginning of Enemy, Sarah Gadon is sitting naked on a bed briefly. Sarah’s character is pregnant so she’s wearing a prosthetic tummy but she shows her real left breast. About eight minutes later, there are several scenes with Mélanie Laurent having sex in bed. The scenes are short and dark but Mélanie’s breasts are visible in all of them. 74 minutes into the film, Sarah shows her breasts as she is changing. About five minutes later, Mélanie shows her ass and breasts as she is having sex. Mélanie then gets out of bed and we get some better looks at her breasts. Shortly after, Sarah is topless while having sex. The next morning, Sarah is naked while showering. We see Sarah’s breasts and her ass from the side through a translucent shower curtain. There are also several naked extras throughout the film.

One of my blog readers saw a screening of the new Denis Villeneuve film "An Enemy" (starring Jake Gyllenhall) and reports that Mélanie Laurent and Sarah Gadon have nude scenes in the film.

Here is the report:

"Caught a test screening of Canadian director Denis Villeneuve's latest film An Enemy tonight in Toronto.

It stars Jake Gyllenhaal as a man seeking out his exact look-alike after he spots him in a movie.

It co-stars French actress Mélanie Laurent (Inglourious Basterds) and Canadian actress Sarah Gadon (A Dangerous Method, Cosmopolis). Both show frequent skin throughout the film, mostly breasts and possibly brief butt in numerous sex scenes. Gadon's character is pregnant and wearing a prosthetic, so it's possible her breasts were fake as well though... though they looked real enough."

Afterwards, the blog reader sent me a link with an interview with Sarah Gadon, in which she discusses her nude scene in the film.

"‘Can’t you just take your clothes off for this film?’” The last query is not hypothetical. Gadon went back and forth with Villeneuve about appearing nude in An Enemy: She wasn’t sure it was totally necessary. They eventually compromised on a single shot done only in silhouette. But because her character is pregnant, she had to be fitted with a prosthesis, which was so beautiful and realistic that Gadon went back and insisted it be included in the film. “[Villeneuve] said ‘But we had all these meetings about how there would be no nudity!’ Basically, I won the argument against myself,” she says with a laugh. “But I also think he sort of knew how it was going to end up the whole time.”"
